Honoring and Remembering the 75th anniversary of the D-Day invasion of Europe during World War II
Alumni gather at the Holiday Inn in Staunton for our 2019 Reunion
All alumni and friends of AMA are hereby called to gather April 25 - 28 for our annual reunion. This years will be one of the best ever. Scroll down to view details of everything from our guest speakers to the plethora of very high-quality auction items.
Medal of Honor Recipient
We are honored to welcome guest speaker CSM Gary Littrell. Rarely will any of us have the opportunity to meet and hear from one of our nation's most distinguished genuine heros.
Gary will speak to us during our Friday evening banquet in the Holiday Inn Ballroom.
Gary graciously volunteers his time for speaking engagements such as ours. His transportation expenses have been generously provided for by American Airlines.
David F. Cooper
Distinguished Service Cross Recipient
CWO5 David Cooper distinguished himself as a helicopter pilot in the Army's Night Stalkers in Iraq by selflessly and repeatedly laying down covering fire for his downed wingman and crew.
The Night Stalkers are the best of the best. We are honored and privileged to have David speak to us during our Saturday lunch at the gym.
National D-Day Memorial
Destination for Friday's Bus Tour
Thanks once again to Frank Williamson for arranging for this wonderful tour to the National D-Day Memorial in Bedford, Virginia. The bus leaves the Holiday Inn Friday morning at 8:30 AM sharp and arrives back at 4:00 PM. The cost is $60 and includes bus fare, memorial admission and lunch at the Olde Liberty Station.
AMA Replica Saber
Many military schools, academies, and law enforcement honor guards use this ceremonial sword. It is identical in quality and construction to the cadet sword provided by Marlow White to the United States Military Academy at West Point, with the only differences being the plain blade and absence of school crests.
Marlow White’s swords and sabers have ceremonial blades. As such, they are built to strict military regulations to be used in drills, ceremonies, and displays. These blades are of the highest quality but are not sharpened for use as a weapon.
Guard: Cast brass guard, 24-carat gold-plated
Grip: German silver grip with a nickel-plated finish
Pommel: Cast brass, 24-carat gold-plated

“Ad Astra Per Aspera” is engraved on the right side of the slide along with the dates 1865-1984. This has turned out to be a very nice presentation piece, and it fully functional to boot.
Rock River 1911 .45acp
is back and with a few new features.
“Augusta Military Academy” is engraved on the left side of the slide. Additionally, this year we added the AMA and Roller Rifles logos fully engraved on the grips.

In addition to the premium items pictured here, we will also have our usual silent auction, including gift baskets from our Ladies of AMA. For questions concerning the gift baskets or silent auction, contact Shelby Rogerville at email@example.com or 804-561-1118.
