Just as our generation recalls WWII through various memorials across our land, future generations will remember Augusta Military Academy when they visit a proposed
memorial on the grounds of the Augusta Stone Church, where it all began in 1865.
The AMA Alumni Foundation Board of Directors has authorized proceeding immediately with the construction of the Augusta Military Academy Memorial. International
architectural design firm Marvel was hired to create the design renderings that you see in this presentation. What you see is a preliminary rendering of what the memorial will look like. As we progress with final designs and value engineering of the project, some changes will probably be made; nevertheless, this initial rendering and video provide a reasonably accurate representation of what will eventually be built.
The final location of the AMA Memorial is still to be determined. Still, we believe it is highly likely to be located on the grounds of the Augusta Stone Presbyterian Church, overlooking the old AMA Campus.
